Better than average

I enjoyed the story and the narrator. Short and sweet but still characters with some substance.

A little too drawn out, but overall very enjoyable . Plan to listen to the whole series.

Christian values

It's hard to find good Christian audio books! This story is great because it's an interesting mystery that doesn't have foul language, sex, etc. Definitely recommend!

It's a no for me

Couldn't get past chapter 4. So many disconnects in the story already. Add in ridiculous behavior by the 2 main characters made it impossible to listen to. narrator did a decent job.

Fun but Not Realustic

I struggle to really embrace a story full of unresearched guesses at how a police department or a paramedic would respond in situations. The story is sweet, but over and over, the author brought my attention to all the holes in the plot.

If you don't care about details, you'll enjoy the story. Especially if you're okay watching two adults with maturity and life experience "fall in love" in 72 hours

Hailey

This is a good mystery. I liked that there in the Smoky Mountains. The main people is Hailey and Rock. Rock is a Park Ranger. Someone is trying to kill Hailey. Rock drops everything to keep her safe. This book has a way to pull you in like your right there. Brenda Scott Wlazlo does an excellent job narrating this book. If my review is any help will you please click on the helpful link below. Christian suspense, slow moving

This book is a Christian suspense book with a bit of romance. It's what I would call a nice story, although in parts it is soooo slow moving. This series has a unique set of characters. I didn't care for the performance.

Enjoyable

This was an enjoyable storyline. The narrator did a decent job. While she did good distinguishing voices, her normal voice while reading the narrated parts was a bit annoying. I can’t really put my finger on it, but it is making me second guess purchasing the second audiobook in this series. Her voice was too muted and whispery sounding. It almost put me to sleep at times. It was annoying enough that it became distracting.

Not great

I don’t know where to begin… characters were poorly developed, the story line was weak, and the plot was slow to develop and boring. I love Christian crime fiction, but this book just wasn’t good. I could barely finish it.
