Young woman marries divorced older man with kids. They start a new life without his kids. Very religious and gives God the credit for most of their actions good and bad. In the beginning, the age gap negatively influenced the marriage. In time they got on one page. She relied on the husband to make most of the decisions without questions. Several of his decisions should have been questioned. Limited information about the particulars of her faith. The end of the book is heavy laden with scripture. Used the phase “ Long story short” frequently.
