The whole story line, the fantastic narrations.

the fact that you didn't know what was coming next. I would rate her abilities with of Ava Richardson and Corneliea Funke

The battles

Disliked it started a bit slow but it did pick up. I enjoyed the side adventures as well

This series has it all. It's a series that had me tearing up at the very end, with so much excitement and nervousness in the last 4 hours, knowing everything which was still open ended in the storyline was finally going to get a spectacular conclusion. I was not disappointed! It's a phenomenal YA series, with lessons in independence, growth, learning life lessons, understanding connections, loss, heartache following said loss, helping others, hard decisions, and so much more. The characters range from elderly, to 20 something adults, to teenagers, and even adolescents. It shows a realistic view into what life would be like if we had the magical aspects and amazing beasts which are included in this amazing world. It left me wishing I had the opportunity to live in a world which contains these glorious beasts, with an opportunity to have a chance to know one. I am left wishing this world was still being written, so that I may come to know what happens after so much change and the life yet to come with the characters.
Thank you, for an amazing series!

Entertaining with no emotional damage

I enjoyed this very much and it served as a much needed pallet cleanser after OS which had left me feeling like I had suffered a loss. Thankfully this series wasn't as high stakes and I was able to remain hopeful.
