Interesting Idea for a Travel Book
Locals can have a lot of interesting knowledge about an area - 50 tips seems like a lot. I'm not sure I'd change the content much, but I might stick to "a dozen" or a handful of travel tips and then subclassify some of the details so the main points are more memorable. Have fond memories of visiting the area when I was a teenager.
