Wow. The ideas brought forward in this book has opened my eyes. The author and speaker has a calming voice and has a brilliant way to convey ideas. I hope I can use this knowledge to improve and be the manager my team needs.

Less superman more yoda!

The book gave my an opportunity to reframe my approach of how I perceive I bring value. It also helped me think about how I've approached the team, which might just be the cause of my own overwhelm. Quick read with interesting stories and examples. I would recommend it. I enjoyed it and look forward to putting some ideas into practice.

Great book!

Listened to this in one day. It was very addictive and relevant and makes it more relatable to help mangers get comfortable with accountability.

It was good no ah ha moments for me but sound advice for leaders. not a terribly long listen either.

some of us don't get an opportunity to lead, but it does help to learn about good authority regardless.

One of the few actually helpful and thought provoking business books especially as a newer manager.

Keep your mind open and truly be honest with yourself. I have implemented multiple ideas in my own way from this book and has gone very well! One of the few business books I would recommend!
