Captivating Series

I purchased all five books in the series when Audible had a significant sale, and I am so glad I did! I love the character development, and I’m always on edge because this author keeps me guessing as to who she is going to allow to live. I’ve been so sad at several characters who met their demise, but cannot stop listening. I highly recommend. Now onto the fifth one. Narration is excellent as well.

Detective Madison Harper is baaaaack!

As Madison adjusts to life back in Lost Creek, the last thing she expects is to find her partner dead from an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound. Madison doesn’t accept that and starts investigating…along with her investigation into the murder of a woman. She certainly has her hands full but thankfully she has her friend, and PI, Nate to help. Enjoyed this fast paced story with a great ending. Looking forward to the next book.

Really enjoyed the character development! The story was great with a clever little twist at the end! Loved it!!! Can’t wait for the next installment.

Can’t get through this one

I’ve been hating on this series but still listening but I can’t finish this It’s too predictable. Someone “knows something” this time still connected to the evil sister. She’s so evil!!! Omg. Another cold blooded female killer. The women’s prisons are filling up. I’m just saying no more of this “rubbish” as people say “whilst” in Colorado?? Seriously? Another mother ripped away from her child as she goes to jail? Just stop. Boyfriend conveniently smashed on the roadside, just make it go away.
