Good listen.
It is hard to reach people in depression and as one of those people I found myself hearing what Rick was saying and I listened to it. He understands depression and more importantly understands how God takes us through it.

WOW
First Rick Warren book I have ever read. Actually stopped to write a review so I could tell other people to read it too. Shocked by how profound yet simple, truth-filled yet compassionate, wise yet easy to apply this entire book is. Genuinely a new favorite and I am buying a print copy just to put it on my shelf. I know I will come back to these practical life truths for years to come and point others to them as well. Also, now looking for more Rick Warren books!
