Just love love love Anne’s calming voice whilst reading her book! A must download.
I am reading this book right now almost like a daily meditation. The fascinating stories from the birth of The yoga sanctuary. The people over the years and the healing. The transformations and chance encounters. The faith and strength in yoga. Anne creating a safe space for all to share this in such a comfortable environment. A must in everyone’s collection. It’s real. Thank you for writing and sharing your journey.

Stories of a yoga journey
This book is a beautiful gift to the people and places that touched the author’s Yoga Sanctuary journey through the years, which she writes about in her book. She delineates many examples of how she shared her passion for yoga, reiki, and her Christian faith. One challenge of presenting this book in an audio format is that the hard copy has many photos incorporated into it, and they simply can’t be captured by verbal description.
