This compilation of true stories tells and shows, with great clarity, what people saw as they were dying. This unique collection of stories range from young to old. Each story has a unique angle, overflows with compassion and is truly an inspiration.

Connie Wetzel’s narration was excellent. This book is perfect for an audiobook, because it has wonderful places to stop and absorb what you’ve just listened to-then start again when you are ready.

Some of the reviews have complained that this book wasn’t biblical enough-it doesn’t matter if it is or not. The message is loving and doesn’t need to be biblical. It teaches the listener that our amazing God meets us at the level we’re comfortable with and goes from there. People interested in near-death experiences will find this book a delight

Such a beautiful book, I cried listening to these stories, but ultimately found comfort in them. Would recommend

I enjoyed this book. Nice to hear the account people gave at the end.

An intriguing account of people preparing for and passing from this life

The author includes a variety of experiences working in a hospice environment.

These stories provide a compelling body of evidence that there is life after death and the God loves his children. This life is our Father's schoolhouse and he has a plan for each of us.

Many people question why a loving God and Father would allow people to suffer and experience terrible loss and pain. But God granted us agency and these life experiences will bring us the compassion that God's plan is to teaches us.

Love these stories.

These stories will inspire and up lift you especially if you have recently lost a loved one.

Narration is odd

This book is a reverent/ sad book and the tone of the narrators voice is just so odd and makes me feel weird listening to it. I have to read it in paperback because the narrators tone of joyfulness almost when talking about terminally ill people is making the book so weird !! The book itself is amazing, please consider a new narrator !

Couldn't stomach the reader

She sounded as if she was advertising detergent instead of recounting precious accounts of dying. I had to take down the speed a couple of notches she was so over-the-top. I couldn't listen all the way through so I hope to read the book in future. Why do publishers hire these people who sound as f they aren't paying attention to the content, have bad inflections? It seems the author is usually the best bet to read their own books 98% of the time.....

ultimately this story is about how to find Jesus....its religious stuff..it should have been spiritual....

Christian's bc warned trudy is mormon

Christian be warned trudy is a mormon.teacher .I really liked this but sadly given the fact that it is from an LDS <mormon > speaker why not warn Christians when books are narrated by non Christians .its only fair since we Christian's are buying the product..more info should be given about source and narrator .please thank you

To Much Religious Reference

This book assumes that everyone believes the same things, for the most part. Too much for my taste. A lot of similar circumstances with family and people. I'm sorry but it sounds made up.
