The causes of an unfulfilled desire to have children can be varied - hormonal disorders, organic diseases, the woman's age, decreased sperm quality, etc. However, often no medical reasons can be discerned. Stress, anxiety, other mental causes, or the circular thought process that one is "barren", can cause internal blockages that also prevent pregnancy.
"Get Pregnant!" is aimed at biologically healthy women with fertility problems. The program is designed to help affected women to abandon fears and doubts about their own fertility. With special hypnosis techniques Kim Fleckenstein leads the listener into deep physical and mental relaxation. In this way inner blockages are released, and letting go of the debilitating thought "not able to get pregnant" is encouraged.
Kim Fleckenstein is a certified alternative practitioner in psychotherapy, a clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP-Master-Coach. Based in Munich she already published a range of best-selling self-help and hypnosis programs as Apps and MP3s under the label GET ON APPS! Her unique technique and self-experiences have helped to create the special character and heart of her recordings. Together with professional and native speaker Cathy Weber she also publishes her programs in English.

pleasant overall but the content is assuming
I liked the voice and the relaxing music, but the affirmations were assuming and disturbed my focus, it said "I love my job" "I am a mother, a valuable member of the society" - things that I didn't felt I needed, I don't need to love my job in order to ttc, nor do I have feelings of guilt or worthlessness. The relaxing part is most of the book while the affirmations are just a few and those were not fit for me.
