Very helpful

I have been having trouble keeping my ex happy for a while and it's less her to believe we are toxic for each other. And most of it has been me doing the wrong thing unknowingly to make her feel like we shouldn't be. the hardest part of the process IS not contacting her when she was someone I talked to/saw every day. but when I would leave her alone she would come back into my life. she knows how strongly I feel about her but sees I'm not taking care of myself. I've stopped eating as much, lost 10lbs in just a couple weeks or so, and can't function well without her. but I plan to try out the steps in this Ebook in hopes to show her i can be myself again on my own and not constantly tell her I miss her and seem avaliable anytime she wants. This woman is who I want to be with until the end of time and I'll do what I must to make it so. thanks for the help!

Being a little more distant

It seems difficult when you are in an emotional turmoil. Especially when you’re in a relationship that she has Put you in the friend zone. And she gives you hints that it’s more but pulls back quickly because she’s with another man. I’m gonna reread this over and over until I can get it in my head and hopefully this works out.
