I read about 150 books a year, and this is one of the best series I’ve ever read. More importantly, Todd Goldberg is a phenomenal writer. He has quickly escalated to the top tier of my favorite authors of all time. I don’t really want to describe the series mostly because I’m not talented enough as a writer to really encapsulate the true essence of its nature. I will say, I hope this series gets picked up by *specifically* HBO as a long-running TV adaptation. I wholeheartedly believe it would rank up there with the likes of Breaking Bad and The Sopranos as far as most viewership of all time.
…Because we all love to love the bad guys every now and then

the entire series flowed consistently and in character, never disappointing.

Sal Cupertine/Rabbi Cohen for all his gangster ways was a character you rooted for to make it. The narrator for this series was excellent!

Incredibly Creative

Very unique story with a complex cast of characters, but i never got lost. Satisfying end, no threads left forgotten or too loose

A MUST READ BOOK.

I've read alot of books in my 48 years on this earth fiction. and non fiction. This is top two of not top one if you like a full attention book you will not put it down. A spoiler is you need to read the whole series part one two and three. unbelievable so so good.

Great story I’m just hoping it’s another book in the series. I’m extremely surprised by the ending

Excellent Audible of a Superbly Entertaining Book!

Tod Goldberg has delivered in spades in this latest installment of his rip-roaringly told story of Sal Cupertine a Chicago Hitman hiding out in plain sight as a rabbi in Los Vegas. The characters are wildly engaging and the plot twists kept me on the edge of my seat right through to the final words of the epilogue!

Absolutely riveting!

I get bored so easily, and this kept me focused and anticipating Sal/David’s next move from beginning to end

hate to see this series end. Best series I've read in a while. As always Johnny Heller crushed it!!!! In my opinion best narrator ever by far.
