The best book I’ve ever read among self-development
The books include how to think, reinterpret and rewire your ways of thinking about the negativities. She gave a lots of examples about how we worry at the same time she showed how to solved it. It really helps getting rid of anxiety.

Great practical resource for anxiety!
Dr. Chansky gives many enlightening strategies to reframe the anxiety wave. Ways to cope with grief, guilt, shame, perfectionism, the inner critic. I will definitely refer to this book when I sense the inner storm or contraction/roller coaster coming. Thanks Dr. Chansky!

Sound advice and logical!
I'd reccommend for anyone caught up in their own worry cycle. This book offers clear steps you can try to free yourself from worry. Its not about ignoring worry...but rewriting the script you own to counter what your brain is wired to do. Based in science.
