Fantastic!

I loved that there's this huge mystery surrounding Lark and her disappearance and that Raven seems to be the only one who can unravel the truth. Sophie Davis does a phenomenal job in creating such a captivating story evolving around the disappearance of a character; it's so captivating that it's hard not to get as sucked into the tale of treachery and deception and false facades as Raven, one of the mcs, does. The narrator also does a fantastic job conveying the emotions of all the characters as well as different character voices. I'd definitely recommend for anyone who loves a good mystery!

I received this book for a book review and OMG!! No joke this was a pleasant surprise for me, as to how much I would love this book.

The book comes off to a slow start but holy moly once you are part way through the first chapter you are hooked. I lost sleep over this last night because I couldn't stop listening and am defiantly moving onto book two. I have to know what happened and how it's all going to play out! If you are looking for a thrilling, edge of your seat, can't wait to turn the page or listen to the next chapter, this book will do it for you. Can't wait to dive into the next book!!!

Start of a great series

This is definitely the start to an amazing series. I loved Raven and this book had me from the moment the first words were read. It kept me guessing and questioning the entire time. I would have enjoyed a few more answers in this book but will continue to find out more about this chilling mystery. I can’t wait to see what is next. The narrator did a fantastic job.

Sarah Puckett is AMAZING in this book! The way she portrayed the characters was perfect and she delivered the emotions flawlessly!

This is my first experience with Sophie Davis and I loved it! Lark and Raven’s story is captivating. From the beginning I found myself intrigued and wanting to know where the story would lead. I’ll definitely be checking out books 2 and 3 in the series!

The story is about a small town girl who moves to DC and finds the journal of a missing heiress. The way the story plays out where you have the journal entries coinciding with Raven's story is really cool.

There are a lot of secrets that arent answered yet, and the end will definitely leave you with the need to immediately start the next one. I keep coming up with my own theories but have a feeling that they are going to turn out in a way I didnt predict. Cant wait for book 2!

The narrator was good, but I wish the two main characters had different voices. its not a distraction or takes away from anything, but thats about the only complaint I have with the whole thing.

This is interesting!

Raven is agirl Who is it heading to college, but knows she is heading somewhere. After buying a used Toyota Corolla and renting a not so great apartment in Washington DC she moves out of nowhere Pennsylvania hometown start an adventure. Little does she know the the thing no she Will be wrapped up in the latest newspaper headlines wondering what a blood red diamond have to do with the missing jewelry heiress and how did raven find ourselves in a position to save her?

Are usually am not is the young adult but got this in exchange for a free review and it is so good I would have felt more than compensated head I paid for it myself. This is a great book!

fantastic story super suspenseful

with every word and every chapter your mind is going to all these different options, it is wonderfully written. I need to find out everything now, this book is so addicting and I look forward to reading the rest of the books

Raven!! Great Mystery

Love this, and can't wait for more in the series! Loved learning about Raven and the mystery surrounding Lark. Captivating and enthralling, I'm guessing and questioning, want to know more! I thought the story was great and loved the narration. It had me from the get-go, I'll definitely be listening to more by this author and narrator, loved it! Have to know what happens dammit! :)

Don’t miss this great listen 5 stars

This was a great 5 star listen that will have you on your seat listening. The author knows how to draw you in to the very end. I enjoy Sarah Puckett reading this . Sarah voice brought this story to live . Her voice was clear and strong

Characters are Lark and Raven . This story grabs you with a lost diary that was found . Raven is new to New York and trying to make a living. It’s Larks diary that Raven found , Lark is from a powerful family that went missing. Once Raven picks up the diary she feels something!!! She doesn’t know what , could she be Larks reincarnation, grab it and be drawn in
