Great Characters!!
This is a dark, why choose, fated mates fantasy romance. Took me a little bit to get into the story, but now I need to know more! Donyal is a terrific, strong character, and I loved the close sister-like friendship she had with her crew mates. The audio narration was well done, and I can't wait for more

Ends in a cliffhanger
The story has a great premise. The h has a mysterious background that unfolds as the story goes on. There is a lot of drama, action, and twists and turns to the book. this is really only the first half of the story. For me, the story kind of dragged. There was a whole section that could have been removed, unless it plays a big role in the next book, but as the 2nd book isn't released yet, we don't know. honestly, I can't say for sure that I would pick up the next book when it comes out.
