Love these narrators!!!

Another amazing narration with Dom Jonson & Teena Scott. The majority of this book is narrated by Dom for both Ares & 2 Piece. I could seriously listen to his deep voice all day!
I have only heard Dom as dark MC characters and he does an amazing job portraying these tough men and separating their voices and personalities.

Teena does an amazing job portraying Avery's young and fairly nervous personality especially against the strong personality of Ares. I love these narrators and highly recommend them!



BOOK REVIEW:

Ares is the Enforcer of his MC club tries hard to hide his attraction not only to Avery, who is 2 Piece's girl, but to 2 Piece. No one in the MC club knows of his sexual tendencies, but he is determined to make both of them his.

I loved this book. The characters came to life through the narration of Dom Jonson & Teena Scott. The storyline was very interesting and had a few twists and turns within the MC club itself. I highly recommend this story!

Ares, 2 Piece, and Avery

Oh goodness! Reading this story is thrilling, but listening to it is even better. Ares, 2 piece, Avery and the Oathkeepers take us on an invigorating, action packed, and exciting ride. This audio includes sound effects that will redden your cheeks and squirm a little. I enjoyed every single second of this story.

I love discovering new authors and narrators.
The story is definitely not boring, engaging from the start, was fanning myself at some of the sexy scenes PHEW then my heart was breaking listening to Ares describe his childhood. There are a few violent scenes but it comes with the territory. It s a rare occurrence to see in the MC world a ménage story, I really liked the way Ms. Knight made it work. It is more than sex and emotions are deep. I love the ending, it gave a satisfying feel, knowing they made it and made it good.
Both Ms. Scott and Mr. Jonson are added to my 'eargasm' list, what a combination. Complementing each other and the way they are giving each character life, well defined and with emotion. The sound effects were a bit distracting but oh so hot at times adding another dimension to the story. Well done.

Ares is the Enforcer of the biker club, carrying the burden of managing what he needs to protect the club and its members, which he does willingly and with satisfaction.

He loves the club and the members are his brothers in arms. He is known as ‘The Butcher’, for obvious reasons. When he meets Avery, a new girl at the club, his heart flips and he knows she is the one for him, he has to lay claim to her…the only obstacle is…she already belongs to one of his club brothers, 2 Piece aka Silas. He wouldn’t dream of stealing her away from him, but neither can he resist her, driving him wild with desire…but then so does 2 Piece! Dare he allow himself to accept the path to claim them both?

This is the Oath Keepers MC series, but my first time discovering it. The characters are interesting to become acquainted with and although this can be read as a standalone, it did take a little while for me to become accustomed to each one. Although this novel does revolve mainly around Ares, Silas, and Avery.

Ares is quickly promoted to VP of the Club and some of his troubling history is described; abuse received from his father, effects caused etc but on reading his life is revealed layer by layer and a softer, deeply emotional side comes to light. This becomes apparent when his attention settles on the two people that become the most important things in his life. The two people he loves more than anything…and this book delves into the hottest ménage à trois!

I am far from accustomed to reading or listening to this genre, but Sapphire Knight writes with such descriptive detail that one can’t help but be swept away by the intense passion these three hold for one another. Although it does seem to be about sex, it quickly comes to light that it is about far more, and the feelings run deep. I was taken out of my comfort zone, but sometimes I think it is necessary and my rating is not based on my personal opinions concerning the theme but my unbiased thoughts of the novel/audiobook. Whilst the sizzling emotions are on fire, I did feel the story outside of the bedroom lacked detail or plot somehow. Maybe that is because I jumped in at this stage and haven’t discovered the other books yet, but the author has left me intrigued to learn more and the ending was perfect!

Regarding the audio version, in my opinion, the narrators couldn’t have been better! As I said, not being my comfort genre, I was a little taken aback at first as this is extremely blunt vocally so if this will offend you, don’t jump down this rabbit hole! I do have to say that the two narrators are wonderful! Their tone, lyrical cadence lends perfectly to the narration and you can’t help but become enfolded in the events. An added touch is the sound effects which create more vivid realism to the story…but I do warn at certain parts either listen alone as these sound effects are as if the listener is right there with them!

In conclusion, Sapphire Knight has successfully created an enthralling addition to the series and even though the subject of threesomes (M/M/F in this case) is taboo, you can’t help but like the characters and their completion of one another.

As always hearing the story in audio makes it so much better. I cannot wait for more!! Loved that Ares got his happy ever after!! Epilogue made the whole story. Loved the sound effects on this one.

Torn…

Overall I found this book very good. I wish that there had been more character development between the two male leads and the relationship of the couples. I did not particularly care for the more gory scenes. I wouldn’t say that i disliked the book but it is not in my favorites list either.

The narrators did an amazing job and provided such an immersive listening experience!!! I could listen to these two all day; well, actually I did. Tina and Dom give depth and feeling to characters and the environments they portray.
