Lovely stories, excellently performed!

This was a wonderful collection of novellas. They are sweet, funny, and excellently performed! They are just the right amount of sexy and evolving love for a novella. Definitely worth the credit!

Fantastic, feel good collection!

This is the perfect escape, back into the world of Riley O'Brien & Co! I love collections like this, each having their own individual story, but connecting with characters we have gotten to know and love. We have three stories, the first, The Perfect Fit, featuring Zeke and Margo. Zeke is a veteran, discharged for injury and is in need of a roommate. Margo is new to town, working as a vet and need a place to live. And our story begins. It's warm, loving, includes deeper issues like PTSD and gives us all the feels. Next we have A Kick in the Pants introducing Jake and Kyla. These two work together, and because Jake is her boss, there has been no interaction. When this situation changes though, Jake is right in there taking what he has been dying to have and Kyla is thrilled. But now things are changing, and compromises have to be made. Will their love survive? It's fun, flirty, sexy and has some grit. Finishing the trilogy, we enjoy meeting Phoebe and Garrett in Will Never Fade. This one has some real issues that make the story so good, I had to see how it was going to end. Phoebe is such a real character for me and Garrett is just the best book boyfriend. Then you add in getting to see Teagan & Nick and Amelia & Quinn and it's like coming home. This collection is feel good, entertaining and just a fantastic listen.

Ava Lucas and Jason Clarke are such an amazing team. They are both narrators I will one click just because I find their voices so good, their performances make me calm and happy. Ava really brings her A game to her voices for these women. Each is such a different personality and she finds their nuances and brings it all out. Jason is always the perfect fit for the men. He too zones in on the character and brings out their qualities. I loved this book and their performance just makes it even better.

~The Perfect Fit
This is an age gap story about an optimistic, young veterinarian and a battle-scarred Army veteran who become roommates. Margo is just starting her dream job after finishing school. She found a place to live from a suggestion her Uncle gave her. Zeke is an army friend of her Uncle but much younger and sexier than she expected. Zeke has love and lost before and add that to an injury, he doesn't feel worthy of love, especially for his new, brilliant, much younger roommate. But Margo falls for him despite his flaws, now she has to show him they are worth fighting for.

~A Kick in The Pants
This is a forbidden romance about Jake and Kyla, a trainee in his department. They both live their lives playing it safe. They are so attracted to each other but can't act on it until Kyla moves on to another job. But as Jake is making his plans to finally ask her out, it could be too little too late when someone else asks her out first. Now Jake needs to up his game before he loses her for good.

~Will Never Fade
This is a second chance romance between Phoebe and Garrett. They were friends and lovers in college until Phoebe disappears without a trace. Garrett is heartbroken and never forgot the only woman he ever loved. Now they meet again and Garrett will not let her go again. Phoebe has always loved Garrett, but she has a heartbreaking secret and she doesn't want to risk getting close to Garret again only to break both their hearts for good.

All three of these stories were short but packed an emotional punch. The narration by Jason Clarke, and Ava Lucas only added to the beauty and emotion of each story. They easily brought each character and story to life. I always enjoy their work and together they both made these fun, emotional and sexy stories even better.
