Original science fiction. fast moving similar to pulp fiction only in you'll want to finish whatever you start immediately.

There is a lot of tongue in cheek swearing that might bother a small amount of the genre. The series isn't about nationalism, rather Humanizm. Some of the ideas used to create things like the ships for space, etc. use items others may actually consider in the future if we ever get gravity controlled. I've read this series from the day the 1st book was published, and re-read the series and the off-shoots so many times I've lost count. I'm currently listening to the series, it's at least the 6th time I've listened to them all. I highly recommend anything published by LMBPN, But my author I recommend the most is Michael Anderle, followed by Craig Mattel. I recommend listening to them in the KGU order, as that's the best way to stay in the right decade or century from book to book. ENJOY!!!

The Continuity is great

Too many times, I have noticed many series like this lose continuity in the sequels. But, even though the books are coming out pretty quick, the story line hasn't had any burps. Massive respect there. I could comment on so many great points in this book it would become a huge commentary. Instead, my favorite scene is Christina fighting in the bar.

Entertaining

Forever Defend is a great story involving fighting aliens, births of babies, secrets, & recruitment. Lot is going on! Love this storyline! The narrator did a great job!

Great Book!

Another great book from Michael Anderle! The narrator Emily Beresford is simply amazing! She started off really good with the first book and has become an amazing star! I love these books and would recommend to anyone READ THESE BOOKS! You will get caught up in the storyline and won't want them to ever stop!

Thank you, Michael, for another wonderfully fast-paced, action-filled, well-written book.
That said, this book has some great new characters that I think all will enjoy, I know I did! B.A. is back in her red gear and kicking ass with her usual style and panache alongside the gang. The fight to protect and defend equality and righting the wrong is now blowing through the stars in a big way and promises to get enormously huge. YES! My only gripe is the book is just too damned short! Now the wait for Emily to get book 18 out to us. Tick-Tock Emily from one impatient B***H!

WHAT!

How is it that every book gets better? I am going to be so sad when the series ends. Oh, No I'm not! There are so many spin off series, that I dont know where to start next. Oh the dilemma

Bethany Anne doesn't let fools attack either herself or her people. While trying to set up a location for her people to immigrate, she holds meetings in the throne room and stops delegates from killing each other.

Much better than the previous couple. BA is back and in fine form. Bad company has promise.
