Spiritual freedom

As someone who was raised Catholic, and eventually Protestant I was always confused by the rules and regulations. just when you were feeling spiritual because of a song or a message, it was diminished by doctrine or tradition. too many rules, committees, etc. no freedom to express yourself. it seems like this answered so many questions. this book describes how you can leave the four walls of an institution and connect with nature in a spiritual way. I am very involved with Nature and have witnessed it on 5 Continents. This is exciting.
