A few good thoughts, pretty light on details

The book did a good job of covering the basics of the business and I am glad that I purchased it. I would have liked more details.

if I had a nickel for every time he said that food truck of yours I would have enough money to buy my food truck already

Not enough meat on the bone

E-book turned Audible download is leaving the listener with a lot to be desired. Extremely high-level with not a lot of details or operational insights. Could have just as well been a book geared towards an another industry.

Lackluster

I did not like the way this was written and the over use of the term " that truck of yours" about drove me crazy. the information provided was severely lacking and the author speaks in absolutes as though the rules are the same everywhere you go. this of course is not the case you cannot park wherever you please in all jurisdictions.
to say the least I am unimpressed and unexcited. in fact, I did not get past chapter 5.
