A much needed life change
Being in my mid life, overwhelmed with personal and work life, I knew I needed change. I picked up this book and found that I was depriving myself of so much - so many easy techniques, both mindful and body, that could help pick back up my mood and confidence. My favorite part of the book is that it is interactive, in a way that allows you to take a step back and self-evaluate your worth and confidence. If you change your mental patterns, you will finally discover your new life. I learned that it will take time, it will take effort, but it's all worth it, and this book makes that happen so much easier.
My goals of a happy life, including happiness in the workplace were all in reach, and it wasn't until I picked up and listened to Fit & Fabulous that I realized that. I'm so happy about my purchase and I highly recommend to all the women trying to reach full potential. Easily 5 stars.

Easy to Follow!
In the book "Fit & Fabulous 3 Step System for Fit, Fun & Fierce Vitality for Women Over 40," I feel overweight, and I have tried different methods to help me lose weight. I now think unmotivated about losing weight, but the book gives the insight to motivate me again and help me pursue a healthy balance. I can find my way out and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

Gives up to date and realistic fitness tips!
If you’re like me and struggling to loose weight in your mid 40s, this book will be your best read. I’ve been unable to maintain a consistent and long-lasting weight loss until I read this book. It taught me as i hit middle age, several lifestyle factors change that can help me to stay fit and describes how to take advantage of this stage of life with all of its inherent benefits and challenges to get and keep a strong, fit, healthy body. Timely and Relevant
This book was so timely for me! I am almost in my mid-forties and it's definitely challenging to keep up, physically. I can feel my body changing and it's harder to keep things in balance sometimes. I really appreciated the chapter on staying spiritually fit as well as physically fit. It's not a bunch of fluff, but all about meaning. Living life with meaning is essential to thriving, and I was reminded of that in this book. This has it all to feel fabulous!

Listened with great interest
I truly enjoyed this book. As a 49 year old woman, I too struggle with my weight. I found her tips to be practical and realistic. After reading this book I learned I have to change up my workouts and cut out more sugar. This book gave me the push I needed. Thank you!

Achieve a better balance in your life.
This audiobook opened my eyes up to the possibility of making permanent lasting change to my overall health. Having struggled with health challenges over the years, this resource has given me a handful of tools I can use to improve my health. I especially liked the insights being shared in Chapter 4 that addressed how to re-calibrate your body for optimum performance. Solid advice for achieving a better quality of life.

Super yes for women over 40!
I love how targeted this is! Weight-loss after 40 years old feels like a night and day game than in your 20’s or 30’s so I’m really happy this book addresses an often overlooked group. This felt very easy to follow yet it didn’t cut any of the necessary corners like cutting out sugar consumption. Having a physique that makes me happy is a big motivator for me and this book really pushed that over the edge. I feel more motivated and I have a much better plan now than I’ve had in years! Thank you Maya!!
