Finding Me is a deep reflection on my past and a promise for my future. My hope is that my story will inspire you to light up your own life with creative expression and rediscover who you were before the world put a label on you.

This memoir opens up Viola in ways that make you appreciate her craft while bringing you in on Viola the person. It’s like listening to her while she sits across the kitchen counter. I absolutely loved the relationships she has with her family. I resonated with her story, in Africa if you are going to make it, you have to stick together as family. I found myself in Viola’s memoir of finding herself. Her narration made the memoir even more beautiful ❤️

The performance was nothing short of amazing. The story started were I expected it to start from the beginning however this meant the end was abit rushed. I wish she dwelled more on the now. The struggles and the beauty now.
