Christmas Wishes!
What made the experience of listening to Finding Christmas: The Story of Joseph the most enjoyable?
It is a toss-up between the excellent performance by the narrator and the delightful Christmas music in the beginning of each chapter.
Would you recommend Finding Christmas: The Story of Joseph to your friends? Why or why not?
This story reminds me of Tyler Perry's Medea movies. The book combines real life problems, romance and Christian themes similar to those movies. I have lots of friends and family that are fond of those movies. I would recommend the book to them.
What about Adam Zens’s performance did you like?
He made the story come to life and brought realism to the story. He has an interesting and animated voice that is enjoyable to listen to.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The surprise ending is emotional.
Any additional comments?
The story is okay. It has redeeming qualities. It is a little on the male fantasy side, and has some unrealistic elements. This is definitely a new writer, but I think he has potential. It was not my cup of tea, but I think some people would like it.
