Strikes a Resonating Chord
As someone who has been through the 12 Steps and overcome a lot of fear, this book touches on the spiritual side that really needs to be called upon to overcome our minds. One thing I learned early on (From Eckhard Tolle) is that the mind is trying to kill you. He could have just as easily said enslave. Thomas Shuck being us his personal experience with good humor, for if we take ourselves too seriously we are truly screwed
