Just what is Wistful Vista, anyway? Is it a street? A neighborhood? A state of mind? Whatever it is, one thing's for sure—it had just the right mix of personalities to keep things lively!

When they heard a knock on their front door, they might open it up to discover the hard-headed Doc Gamble, played by Arthur Q. Bryan, who never once bought into anything Fibber had to say. Of course, it could be Gale Gordon's Mayor LaTrivia, his respectability gilded by a fine sheen of ego that Fibber couldn't resist chipping away at. Or they might find themselves face to face with the twinkle-eyed Old Timer or the put-upon Wallace Wimple, both voiced by Bill Thompson.
Whenever something was going on in this vibrant community, Fibber was there to complicate it. Whenever there was an easy dollar to be made, you could count on Fibber to lose two. And you can count on the whole Wistful Vista community to bring you 12-episodes worth of laughs in this 6-CD collection!
