interesting information
This audio book presented interesting and detailed information about intermittent fasting, especially for women. Although, the book seems very interesting, I wasn’t so impressed with the narration.

Very Informative for Women!
As someone who did intermittent fasting for 3 years and saw its benefits without scientifically knowing what was working and what wasn't, I was interested in this ebook for my wife who was thinking about intermittent fasting especially being in pre-menopausal. This ebook is filled with information especially for woman looking to start intermittent fasting during menopause and managing its symptoms.
Although the ebook is a great guide for women, it wasn't great to hear as after every sentence, the narrator was mentioning the reference being cited... Which became super annoying and took away from the information being presented. The narrator herself wasn't great in her delivery and pronunciation.
Although the performance was not great, I would still recommend this ebook for any woman interested in managing menopause symptoms and her weight through intermittent fasting.

Thank you Jennifer Edwards for sharing all this compiled data in this book. I enjoyed listening to every detail mentioned.
I have always wondered why the Hype concerning Intermittent fasting. I can understand now the benefits and be aware of the side effects too. I liked the idea that intermittent fasting is a lifestyle NOT a Diet! Since most diets focus on what to eat and what not to eat, intermittent fasting focuses mainly on WHEN to eat and WHEN NOT to eat.
Although this book is mainly about Intermittent fasting during menopause, I find it useful to all women.
Melli Achna did a good job narrating the book at a very comfortable speed which made it easy to follow.

When Life Gives You Hot flashes, Make Margaritas!
What a funny way to start the book!
I was really interested in this audiobook especially being in my perimenopause stage and thinking a lot about all the possible menopause symptoms and changes that I might face including potential weight gain. I appreciate that the author referenced the sources that she has used while compiling the information, but at times it was annoying especially for an audiobook. I believe it is the best way to be objective and professional however, for an audiobook, it was annoying.
Melli Achna, the narrator, has a clean and an appropriate voice for the book genre/topic, however, I was disappointed with the pronunciation of some fo the medical terms which were mispronounced. Coming from a medical background it was easy for my antennas to track those words. For example the word: Atherosclerosis (mentioned in Chapter 5) and the word Triiodothyronine T3 (mentioned in Chapter 6) were mispronounced.
This was a disappointment for me.
