I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this audiobook is to navigate and use. I can easily jump to chapters on specific goals like Stress Reduction, Boosting Confidence, or Reducing Cravings—just a few of the many topics covered. The four hypnotic music sessions are also a nice touch, great for relaxation or as background while reading affirmations aloud, which is simple with the included PDF. The narrator’s soothing voice makes each session feel natural and impactful. This is such a wonderful meditation guide! As someone who has struggled to lose some pounds, I know how difficult it can be to think positively about yourself.
