A good book but maybe dont read if depressed

I can't fault the book because facts are facts but I found the book weirdly depressing. Like even stuff I was already aware of like the heat death of the universe was restated in a way I found demoralising, something about the style of writing, and I had to pause and listen to something else a couple of times.

Interesting facts and well written though.
