Read Payback First!

This is a great story, and it does stand on its own, but it is so much better if you read book one Payback first. I listened to the two audiobooks back to back and it was a better experience than I had the first time reading the books a couple years apart. I always loved Payback and thought this was a good sequel but now I have to change my mind and say if you listen to them back to back Fair Game is a great sequel.

Very good story telling with a lot of twists and turns. I look forward to getting to know Helen and Lexi much better!

Next Book Please!!

Loved the first book but really loved the second book and the characters. Looking forward to more books in this series.

I liked this one as much as the first one. Great characters and excellent plot, with lots of twists and turns. Miss Mills is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. The narrator really good as well.

Exultant

Exultant, great writing. The caricatures are well thought out and the story line is addicting. I could not stop listening.

Hope to hear more from Helen and Lexi!

A fun sequel to Payback. I would listen to an endless series of Helen and Lexi exploits, so I hope there are more in the future. They are great characters.

Good sequel

This is a sequel to Payback. Continues with same couple and new interesting characters. Another good police who-done-it.

~Very Enjoyable and a little frustrating ~

This is another amazing book and I really enjoyed listening to this but… What I found frustrating was how they’re both former police officers but weren’t more careful! Especially Lexi! But all in all it was so good and I can’t wait to listen to more books written by Charlotte Mills!

What a twist!

I sure didn’t see that coming. Excellent book. Listening to Fair Play now. I have a feeling I’ll be looking for Book 3 of the series once done.

Frustrating!

Don't get me wrong, I love twists like the next person, but not when they leave more questions unanswered. I was a bit frustrated by the book to say the least. but I guess that got me to the end.
