I loved it!!! I must buy book 2 now I have to know what happens!!!

Love this series

It is hard to find a lot of mermaid books but this one was worth the looking. I love the narrative and wonderful story telling. This is my first audiobook and I loved it. Going on to the next book now.

The cover is gorgeous! The story is interesting and I can see how this could possibly become a series of movies. I did not know much about mermaids and mermen, but after reading this book I am interested to know more. It was a good book and I hope to get to the next book some time soon.

Another start to an amazing series

I originally "read" this book in May of 2013 on audible.com. I have been a fan of Brenda Pandos for many years. I was so excited when this book came out. I could not wait to start another series by this amazing author. Brenda DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Some authors have a hard time writing a series about one type of character and then transitioning into a whole new world. NOT BRENDA PANDOS! She is a writing genius! I do not think I have ever honestly read any books about Mer-people until I read this book and the series Mer tales. I was hooked, line and sinker (PUN totally intended). Author Brenda Pandos takes you into the lives of these characters and makes you forget that you are not actually in the story, living it as it happens. The world opens up in your mind and you lose yourself in it. This is what a great writer does. This is why I read. Thank You Brenda Pandos for this amazing series!!! I highly recommend this series if you are ready for a fun, exciting series that you can just lose yourself in!

Cringe Worthy at times

The narrator made an already sub-par book even worse. Stilted reading with minimal tone changes between characters and emotions. The story also was similar to Twilight in its level of drama and plot holes.

I really enjoyed reading and listening to this story. It’s so good from start to finish. I absolutely love Fin and Ash.

I absolutely love this series! I go through a ton of books in a year and this is one of my favorites that I have come back to more than once. I would give anything if Evermore, the 4th in the series, were available on on Audible!

The story by itself is wonderful but the two narrators bring it to life. Loved every minute listening to this story.

I think I bought this book quite by mistake. I usually like thrillers and mysteries so when I started listening to it I was obviously disappointed. I found myself unable to tear myself away from this book! Great story line! Can't wait to read/listen to the second one!!
