There is no irrelevant or extraneous material to distract the listener. The material is impeccably organized and it is easy to locate the material you'd like to review again. This is the ultimate reference to running a successful Etsy business. You'll use this book over and over again. And above all, the book is entertaining and fun to listen to.

I’m always a bit leery when an author calls a book a “complete guide.” I think it's hard to truly do a complete guide to anything. That said, if you have an Etsy store or are considering doing so, this book will help you first narrow down your niche--if you haven't done that already--and will help you not only build an Etsy storefront on that platform but also how to promote and expand your brand, garnering loyal customers. The first chapters aren't specifically about Etsy. Rather, they're about an important business topic that you’ve probably already read something about if you are interested in a creative side hustle: how to choose a niche. While it gives excellent pointers—and helpful if you need them--they could work for almost any creative business venture, especially one that you're going to put and promote online. The author herself has an Etsy store, so the information comes across as tips and techniques from someone who has the experience and expertise to help someone who is just starting out or would like to make better decisions for their business. If you have an Etsy store or would like to, I recommend this book.
