Hacia mediados de 2009, aparecieron bajo el formato de tips las columnas de finanzas personales de Nicolás Litvinoff en la versión online del diario La Nación, y desde un principio se ubicaron entre las más leídas, liderando con frecuencia los ránkings de visitas y comentarios. El éxito respondió a los temas abordados por Litvinoff y al lenguaje llano utilizado en las columnas, que confirmaron la habilidad del autor para llegar a un público masivo interesado en mejorar su calidad de vida a partir de su salud financiera.
En concreto, el autor supo ofrecer a los lectores consejos útiles basados en la premisa de que se debe trabajar menos en proyectos ajenos que resulten poco redituables y concentrar los esfuerzos en aquellos que alimenten el espíritu y el bolsillo. La mentalidad del empleado –nos dice Litvinoff- es aquella que apunta a la aparente seguridad de un ingreso fijo y que sólo puede superarse derribando mitos sobre el dinero y su relación con el trabajo, la familia, los amigos, el amor y el sexo. La meta propuesta es la independencia financiera. Hacia allí vamos.
Nicolás Litvinoff nació en Buenos Aires en 1975. Es economista egresado de la Universidad de Buenos Aires y autor del best seller financiero "¡Es tu dinero! Finanzas personales sin asesores", publicado por Ediciones Granica. Entre sus estudios de posgrado, se cuentan el curso anual Experto en Mercado de Capitales del Instituto Argentino de Mercado de Capitales, el Master en Finanzas con orientación en Mercado de Capitales de la Universidad del CEMA y el curso de Coach de la Asociación Argentina de Profesionales de Coaching.
Litvinoff se desempeñó como docente en la Universidad de San Andrés y en el Centro de Educación Empresaria y dictó workshops sobre Coaching Financiero en distintos países de América. Actualmente es coach financiero, brinda charlas en universidades privadas y públicas y dirige el sitio Estudinero! (www.estudinero.net), que ofrece información y cursos online a inversionistas. Es columnista de LaNación.com, y del blog español Euribor.
