Encouraging, Practical and Easy to Following!

This book is an encouraging and joyful approach to exercises for seniors. The routines are practical and easy to practice, and the incorporation of music to boost mood and manage intensity is excellent. You will find information on chair exercises, a PDF print of each exercise, and information on a holistic approach to mental, physical, and emotional well-being. The narrator for Engaging Chair Exercises for Seniors is perfect for the text. I find her voice to be gentle and empathetic.
