Guide to Healthier Relationships

I really needed this book. I’ve spent so much time overthinking my relationships through out the years. Worried, concerned, unsure of my partner’s feelings, replaying conversations, and letting fear of rejection hold me back. This book helped me understand where that anxiety, and trust issues come from and has given me simple, practical tools to work through these feelings. The trust-building techniques and communication exercises are easy to follow and truly effective. I’ve started setting healthier boundaries and feel more confident sharing my thoughts without so much fear. This book has helped me feel more grounded and emotionally resilient overall. This is a comforting and empowering guide.
