How can you get your life together if you can’t even find a clean spoon? You don’t need more motivation. You don’t need more discipline. You need a system that works, even when your brain doesn’t want to. This book is that system.

Written by Estelle Rose, productivity coach, best-selling author, and fellow ADHD adult who’s been buried in mess and shame, this gentle 28-day framework helps you reset your space and your mind in just a few minutes a day.

Inside, you’ll discover:

  • Step-by-step workbook to escape the binge-clean, re-clutter cycle
  • Microtasks that work even when you’re exhausted, distracted, or overwhelmed
  • 5 brain-friendly strategies that stop clutter creep
  • The “What Now?” Matrix for knowing what to do on low-brain days
  • Conflict-free ways to tidy up with others (yes, even toddlers) Digital decluttering strategies that don’t make you cry

This isn’t another rigid system built for someone else’s brain. It’s a flexible, compassionate approach that meets you exactly where you are, whether you live in a studio apartment, a chaotic home, or something in between.

If your space makes you want to scream, cry, or disappear…If you’re tired of feeling like a failure for not being “on top of things”... If you’ve tried to get organized before, and it never stuck…This book is your do-able, shame-free place to start.

No perfection. No pressure. Just 10 minutes a day toward a home and a headspace you actually want to live in.

I liked the soothing calm even tone that Brennan Koenigsreuter used to narrate this audiobook. Its helped me focus on the content and not the fluctuations in volume. Very well narrated for the ADHD in me.
It’s like Estelle has secret cameras in my home. How do you know I have so many shampoo bottles in my shower. It just goes to show you that she knows the female ADHD brain. As someone who was diagnosed as an Adult I’m still learning and figuring so much out. This book on organization connected with me so much. I didn’t realized how many hangups and issue I was having and just assumed I was Lazy. Seeing this written down with actionable ways over 28 days to help tackle some of these issues and make solutions that work for me is just mind blowing. I read this book in one night but I plan to print out some of the work sheets and tackle this over the next few weeks. I love the idea of moving things in different areas based on how often you use them. But just overcoming the sensory overload of the chaos is my main goal. I have highlighted so many parts to go back to that really resonated with me in the attached documents you can find in the link on Estelle’s website. This book is definitely makes you dig deep to get to the real issues. Highly recommend even if you don’t have ADHD. There are even steps on how to get your kids involved early and help them learn about the emotional element to organization and the why. Thank you Estelle

I needed this book and I’m never letting it go.

As someone who often struggles just to get started on projects, this audiobook was exactly what I needed. The 10 minute approach and the 28 day framework made everything feel way less intimidating. I wasn’t overwhelmed or pressured to get it all right at once. The microtasks are designed for low energy or distracted days, and the author’s tone is honest and encouraging. One tip that’s worked for me is rewarding myself after small accomplishments, it’s helped me stay motivated without feeling guilty. The “What Now” Matrix has been a lifesaver on days when I didn’t know where to start. If clutter and chaos have been holding you back, this audiobook truly meets you where you are and helps you move forward.

Estelle Rose has come up with some super unique concepts regarding the overwhelm that seems to all so often go hand-in-hand with ADHD and has helped individuals with the aforementioned “disorder” create wonderful work and living spaces with just a short amount of time per day. I thought it was excellent how the author presented listeners with so many brain-based, science-backed pointers that are sure too help even the most cluttered individual understand what is going on cognitively, take control, and change their environment for the better.
