Through info on each breed

I love the way this book is laid out. I learn so much about each breed covered. I grew up with a Yorkie so it was parting for me to learn more about that breed. This has been my 2nd book in the series and it has not disappointed me!

A Must-Have Book for Dog Lovers!

Another interesting and informative book by Bernard V. Webber. This is a must-have book for anyone interested in choosing a puppy or for dog owners who would like to know more about their beloved companions. I learned a lot of fun facts, but also a lot of important facts about the health and habits of various breeds of dogs. I also learned that an Australian Shepherd is not actually from Australia and a Great Dane is not Danish!

Another Pawsome Entry in This Book Series

I have thoroughly enjoyed all the books in this series. Since my mom owns a Yorkie, we chose to listen to this one together.The delightful way the author describes each breed is a breath of fresh air for anyone who has a passion for man's best friend.

There are many books on animals and dogs, but this book is different!

The author's style of writing makes it easy to understand; the narrator did a good job in keeping my attention. The pdf that comes with the audio made it more enjoyable while looking at the pictures.

I do not own a dog, but I still found it interesting to learn about the different breeds

Great review of some excellent hounds

We were dog owners for years and are considering getting a new dog. Although I would recommend getting the book for most people so that they could see the dog breeds, this was perfect for me so I could listen to the descriptions while driving. It was fun to hear about the history of these breeds. They were mostly British, noble dogs as far as I can tell. Learning about their natures was especially useful for me. I'm sure others would enjoy the dressed up dogs in the pictures of the book.

Before I say anything I would like to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed the previous books in this series and this was no different. As a dog lover, I always want to know about the furry friends and this audiobook provided me just that. Recommend for all animal lovers.

Who does like the idea of a Beagle dressed up as a page boy!! The key features of the dog types are fascinating with everything from origins, grooming needs to temperament defined.
