The Best!

I loved this story because M. Robinson is the best writer eva! And I loved it because of the narrators - dual narration makes it so much better. Marcio and Lacie did a fab job!!! You should read the first story before reading this one. This time Ameria was the badass and El Santo was the one begging for her! I loved how the tables were turned. As a couple they went through alot of shit but eventually got a HEA. Also, you hear about characters from The Good O'Boys and El Diablo. LOVED THAT. I can't wait to hear Noah's story and please write a story about Vlad. Don't make us wait too long!!!

Great series

The narration was great and I loved the story..once I started listening to it I couldn’t stop..so many twists and turns..best series I’ve listened to in a long time

And who was protecting whom? Danger surrounded them at every turn, and it seemed like Amira had come into her own, but who was this woman, she was nothing like the young sweet girl he used to know. The passion and chemistry were off the charts, but the players were in for a fight for their lives. Power play, corruption, greed, and violence seem to be at every corner. Revenge was sweeter than honey and would Amira, ever forgive Damien. I must be honest; I thought these two would never have a HEA after all they went through. This was a powerful, jam-packed story with so much chemistry and plot. Absolutely Incredible! I'm emotionally charged!

M. Johnson is the queen of angst. I thought I was going to absolutely loose my mind 🤯and she wickedly and skillfully sent me down a path of emotional turmoil of pain and eventually joy with this incredible story of rediscovering and fighting through for love. I'm relieved and happily exhausted.

Words escape me how I was captivated by Marcio Catalano's voice (I loved it)and how he brings Damien to life as well as the supporting characters. He's incredible and so talented. I'm seeking out all his narrated audibles. The talented Lacie Glennox was sooooo amazing as Amari and supporting characters making me hate that the story had to end. I want to be owned by Damien okay.😍 Let me also mention it was a dual narration which made the audible a more incredible listen.👍🏼

Overall, this was an amazing story, full of twist and turns, suspense, surprises hot and sexy romance that will leave you breathless and humming for more. Amazing job M. Johnson!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Excellent narration! Well written. One tiny complaint. In the beginning of this book, only Damien is heard from, but the minute Amira and Damian come back together it is explosive and so good! Amazing story!

A MIND-BLOWING BATTLEFIELD.. & A STORY OF TRUE ❤️

I’m going to have such a huge book hangover now that this epic rollercoaster of a relationship (spanning 24 climactic years) is finally bitter-sweetly over. Because, as the unpredictable chapters came crashing in and spinning it’s characters (and me) towards its tsunami of an ending, I didn’t didn’t didn’t want it to be over. So I drip-fed the story to myself.. but then I’d get desperate for more - to finally find peace for Amira, Damien.. and me!! and I had to hold on to hope, persevere through the truckful of angst and sucker-punches and loyally cling on as ALL the secrets came pouring out of the shadows.. powerful secrets that will destroy everything, tarnish all the progress and kill.

It’s a raw, dark, gritty, tension-filled, angst-fuelled, twisty, chemistry-crazed, push-n-pull ride as fated soul-mates Amira and Damien’s fracture-filled journey to.. then away from.. then back to each other outpours its passionate poison. There’s emotional struggles, twists, tears, heartfelt traumas, baggage, secrets, scorching sex, smouldering passion, sweet heartbreaking sentiments, redemption and love.. always love.. deep desperate all-consuming love. And rarely have I been SO utterly CONSUMED, rarely have I been SO totally INVESTED, rarely have I been SO incredibly TOUCHED and saddened at the years lost and rarely have I been SO incredibly overwhelmingly IMPRESSED by an author’s skill at weaving an intricate multi-structured multi-layered passionate love story as this. And don’t even get me started on the duet-style narration which was absolutely FLAWLESS as Marcio and Lacie delivered line after line with vocal expertise.. amazing guys.. truly amazing.

Worth a credit? Yes this epic dual POV Duet, this bloody battlefield, this scream-to-dream drool-worthy listen would abso..f’king..lutely be worth a credit - but ha-ha-ha now they’re giving it away with Escape and that, my friends, is truly the cherry on top of a richly-filled coma-enducing yummy slice of heaven. So I’ve got two jobs now.. 1. track down more books narrated by Marcio Catalano because.. duh smooth sexy and drool-worthy voice! and 2. download any books by M. Robinson that I might possibly have missed.. and if the two should meet.. well color me done.

10 "EXCITING" STARS

I love M. Robinson books and the ending to this duet was no exception. This book was entertaining, exciting, thrilling and full with some twist and turns. I loved that Amira is a spit-fire and just the right for person to take down a dominating man like Damien. There's some hot and heavy sex scenes. It was great to see characters from her other books. Narrators did an excellent job and I especially loved Amira voices.

Oh my gosh. This book was nothing but angst. It’s so freaking good. I couldn’t put it down. I was hooked from start to finish.

Plz pick this book up. Omg, you will enjoy the twisted ride you'll be include while listening to this story. You will hate and want to throw something or at least smack someone across the head and dont forget the tissues. YES, you heard right tissues but it will be all good.
