Love the stories, Narrator on 1st story, HORRIBLE

The stories are great! I love Dark Crime by Christine Feehan, but the narrator, why oh why? I had to play it at 1.20 speed to tolerate him! He also pronounced several of the names incorrectly. I just don't understand why that narrator - truly, truly awful

Interesting stories

Love these collection of stories. The first one I heard, read that one in its entirety from the same title and I enjoyed it. The other two are new but also very enjoyable.

Almost a full blown C.Feehan book!!

This book has 3 different stories all very good but I bought the book for the Christine Feehan story. Like all of the others I thought this was going to be a short 3-4 hour story. Nope, this was almost a full blown book, I listened at work and it lasted almost my entire work day.
Now… the book was great I highly recommend. The other two authors have a great start to some new series and I will be keeping an eye out for future books.

Narration was fine, no issues from me.

great stories

Ok I have read only 2 if the authors here in this book the third one I am saving for when I am done with the books I have commitments to .
I adore Christine Feehan and love everyone of her books so I was jumping up and down when this book came out . It gave me the stories I craved and the vamps I love.
Story 1 is with Christine Feehan=Dark Crime . I was sitting on the edge of my seat .Starting this book I was so happy to see a strong woman here in the states I was so glad that this book was here in the states and not in the Carpathian mountains . The story line was amazing and I cant wait for the next book .

In book 2 we have the great Maggie Shayne= woohoo with Dead by Twilight.
I was so glad this book came I had been waiting for it for a while and it is so worth the wait. Madison who didnt want to be what she was and had been hiding in plain sight. Until she meets her chosen. I loved the story line it was quite refreshing to have someone who is willing to put forth the effort to be everything she is not and then have to be what she is to save the one she loves . Well Maybe refreshing is not the right word but it is the one I'm useing . I was also glad to see Rhiannon make a cameo in the end.

I have not yet read the last story in this book but when I do I will finish my review with her story...

not bad for an anthology 3 star average

I have listened to worse. there was an all most full story from the Carpathian Series from C Feehan. other than the narrator strained too hard with a.voice of an ancient,. it wasn't bad for a shorter story. we are always searching for the 5 star book. The other stories are OK but easily forgettable. To be fair I don't care for antholigies. By the time you get invested it's all over. it was on sale. so I tried it.

Great book

I loved listening every story in it. Well written stories by these great authors. I loved Dark Crime, that's my favorite story out of the rest of them.

Story(s) Are Great but 1st Narrator is AWFUL!!

I love the story Dark Crime, and for a "short" novel it is actually pretty long. The other two stories are okay, and good for a light read/listen but that's about it. The thing I hate though is the narrator for Dark Crime. I couldn't even get through it, so I just bought the book to finish it. The narrator sounds like an 80 year old villain trying to read a fairytale to kids. Horrible. The other two narrators are great though.

waste of time except for Christine Feehan's story. the rest were lame. would not recommend.

great author downgraded by readers

Feehan is a great author, but this reader S U C K S !!! SO BORNING, I CAN NOT STAY ENGAGED IN THE STORY. GOOD THING I OWN THE BOOK.

Exciting Collection

This book is a great collection of stories by wonderful writers. I highly recommend it especially if you are a fan/follower of Christine Feehan's Dark Series. Dark Crime fits right in and continues the series. Fantastic!
