This one actually helps

Tried mediation once before and couldn't stick with it. Easy Meditation hacks was my second attempt and honestly, the previous book just didn't explain it well. No weird chants, no life-altering promises, just simple ways to trick your mind into chilling out for once. Instead of meditating and ending up more stressed than when you started, try this book instead.
