This book offers a concise yet powerful exploration of how reading can significantly enhance leadership skills and facilitate deep learning across any area of interest. The author provides practical tips on creating personalized reading plans akin to completing a Master's Degree, which can be customized and repeated at will. Personally, I found the advice invaluable and have shared it with many colleagues. Setting a goal to read 1,000 books over a decade, I've discovered that I've learned more through focused reading on topics of personal interest than I did during my formal education. This book is a transformative guide for anyone eager to expand their knowledge and leadership capabilities through the simple act of reading.
