Acerca de esta escucha
The ultra-realistic crime dramas of Dragnet were tight, tense, and always on target. Guided by Jack Webb from its radio premiere in 1949 right through to the series' end, the medium's most memorable police procedural never cut corners in its meticulous recreation of crime, investigation, and punishment.
Follow LAPD Sgt. Joe Friday and his partners, Sgts. Ben Romero and Frank Smith, in 20 real-life cases from both the early weeks of the program's run and its later years! (You'll even hear the voice of Harry Morgan, who went on to become Webb's partner on the television version of Dragnet.)
Episodes include: The Nickel Plated Gun 06-10-49; The Werewolf 06-17-49; Quick Trigger Gun Men 06-24-49; The Helen Corday Murder 07-07-49; The Red-Light Bandit 07-14-49; Attempted City Hall Bombing 07-21-49; Juanita Lasky 07-28-49; Benny Trounsel 08-04-49; Mad Killer at Large 08-11-49; Sixteen Jewel Thieves 08-18-49; The Big Key 10-26-54; The Big Locker 11-02-54; The Big Coins 11-09-54; The Big Dog 11-16-54; The Big Switch 11-23-54; The Big Gone 11-30-54; The Big Dig 12-07-54; The Big Lens 12-14-54; The Big Underground 12-28-54; The Big Complex 01-11-55

Horror stars, action heroes, matinee idols, leading ladies - Suspense offered them all a showcase that expanded and emphasized their distinctive talents. Peter Lorre and Edward G. Robinson were particular favorites and appear here in tortured, desperate roles and never failing to wring every bit of tension from the scripts in their hands. Popular comedians - like Bob Hope and Milton Berle - were also regularly featured. Cast hard against type, the audience was forced to view them in an entirely different light and were left gasping in their wake.

Superb Collection of Dragnet Episodes!
This is a great collection of Dragnet episodes. I highly reccomend this one as there are several episodes to listen to. I wish I recalled the actual amount because I specifically picked this collection due to the amount of episodes it offered.
