New Vegas, 23rd century - a sprawling city huddling beneath an artificial atmospheric bubble on a distant moon. The writer did a fantastic job of portraying the Ninth Doctor in all his glorious quirks and the responses of his companions perfectly in the written story. I'm going to be on the lookout for mor stories by Mr. Swallow.
