It takes a long time to turn around an aircraft carrier.

It is hard to change almost a lifetime of your organization’s thinking about safety in the traditional way and it is really difficult to change your organization’s history of bureaucracy that continues to reinforce the traditional safety definitions and metrics our organizations have used for many years. This is truly a new view of safety!

As a EHS consultant and trainer of future safety professionals, I found this book riveting, affirming, and timely. Each college should add a module to the EHS degrees that reviews the principles outlined in this book. Excellent work.

amazing content, odd production issues

The production quality got in the way of listening to this at times. It felt like the recording was corrupted at points. The content is absolutely worth bearing with the issues though.

The content of this book is excellent. The audio cuts out a few times in places, including the majority of the “About the Authors” chapter.
