Enjoying this no nonsense guide on navigating divorce

Karen cuts straight to the point and provides uplifting ideas and suggestions. An excellent resource for men or women going through this tough time! Definitely worth the listen!

Unfortunately, not much. I’m just being honest.

The author sounded dull and bored while reading, with very little tone inflection. Most of the advice sounded very much like common sense.

Painful to hear, yet a must listen.

Knowledgeable trends of men during a divorce, much of the discussion was relatable and engaging with homework for the listener/reader to hardwire healing.

Amazing listen, very informative

This is an amazing book that was very informative. In just 5 hours of listening time, Karen managed to educate me on multiple areas of life, beyond just those that are directly impacted by divorce. Karen did a great job of organizing her ideas in this book which really helped with its fluidity and my ability to follow and understand what she was trying to convey. I really recommend this book to any man that has or is going through a divorce or any man that is just generally looking for guidance with organizing his life.

Overall, there was a lot of good advice in this book. Somewhat repetitive but I would recommend.

Solid book with amazing info.

There aren't too many books out there like this one. Great information, especially about the next steps. Divorce affects so many men yet they probably aren't reaching out for a wonderful resource like this. Add this one to your library, gift this book to someone that needs it. Great job Karen Stewart! Highly recommended!
