Each day I prayed for my husband to love me again.

Excellent

I wasn’t bored for a single moment. I didn’t feel like rolling my eyes once. I could empathize with most of the characters. The plot was solid, the chemistry was evident, the romance was sweet and big and the love was profound. The story tied up all the ends perfectly at the last and I will definitely listen to this one again. Also, great narration!

Seems familiar 💜

The male narrator had me thinking of Harry Connick Jr... it’s a great story when a couple of tears can fall and you can laugh out loud.. Thank you Brittainy Cherry.

This book moved me in so many ways. Laughed and cried! The narrators were outstanding!

First time

I have been an audible listener for years and this is my first review. But I loved everything about this story. When I find myself laughing out loud and sobbing over a story i has to share

Incredibly Beautiful

Wow! Brittiany Cherry is one of my favorite authors. She grabs you from the beginning and pulls you in and doesn’t let go, until the story comes to a pleasing end. I also loved the narrators. They captured the southern drawl and were both seem less throughout the book. I had a variety of emotions and part was due to my various connections to my personal life, in line with the story and what I’ve gone through. However, I think anyone would still connect with the characters because they are so well developed that you feel what they feel. Cherry, Amazing as always!

Not a disgrace

Must listen to this. Well written. Well translated into an audible. Very good story! Highly recommended.

Sweet Romance

This love story had the perfect balance of conflict and romance and was just the right length. I loved the main characters and despised the villains...just like I was supposed to and I got all sappy and cried at the end. My only issue was it was a little confusing having the 2 different readers reading the voices of their opposite characters...but I got used to it eventually.

Unusual, but infinitely moving

A story of redemption and discovery that took me a few chapters to get hooked, but became impossible to pause. A memorable view into family and community powers to regulate behavior and perception until one’s true self is subjugated and lost. The author sprinkles in flashbacks to the main character’s childhood that are heart rending. Kudos to both author and narrator!

Emotional Roller Coaster

This book was so good; the emotion elicited by the characters and brought to life by narrators was very powerful and heartfelt. I loved it and it will be moved to my favorites list. Not sure why Audible lists this book under BWWM because it’s not; misleading and not necessary; the book will stand on its own merits.
