Eine lesenswerter Essay
Ich bin Jahrgang 1968 und komme aus Sachsen. Ich kann daher Dirk Oschmann‘s Ausführungen komplett zustimmen, weil genau dieselben Erfahrungen gemacht habe und noch immer mache. Ich wünsche, dass Leute aus dem „Westen“ dieses Buch lesen und versuchen, zu verstehen und neugierig werden mit uns aus dem „Osten“ in ein Gespräch kommen.

Sehr interessante Diskussionen!
Das Buch ist eine interessante Diskussion darüber wie Ostdeutschland und seine Bewohner immer noch ausgegrenzt werden. Statt die neuen Bundesländer als Teils Deutschlands und seiner Geschichte zu begreifen, werden sie zum ulkigen Sonderfall deklariert. Der Autor legt klare Nachweise für diesen Zustand vor und diskutiert Konsequenzen für die Gesellschaft. Sehr vieles reflektiert meine eigene Wahrnehmung des Themas, aber in klarer Sprache und zu Recht mit angemessenem Zorn. Sehr empfehlenswerte Lektüre!
