Searching for relief from stress, anxiety, or depression? You're not alone. I wrote this book as an outlet to deal with my own tragedies. I'm a dad of two special needs kids, a brother to someone had a wreck and sustained a traumatic brain injury, and I have lost a child. Believe me when I say, I understand why you're here.
You have come to the right place. This book is a compilation of tragic stories, and the steps people took to overcome their circumstances. Many of the people in this book had their own issues with stress, anxiety, and depression. I find that the best way to find relief from depression and anxiety is to gather context from the outside world. I used to wonder if I was the only person who felt this way. The more you read this book, the more you will understand that you are certainly not alone.
All of these stories have happy endings and you will create your own happy ending, too. I truly hope the best for you on your journey to find depression and anxiety relief.
