A dismembered body with no head, hands, or feet turns up in a suitcase at New Street Station. The only witness to the suitcase being deposited is a young runaway, Katy, who relies on selling the Big Issue to survive. DCI Allison and Sergeant Mark Stringer are on the case. As usual, they have too much to do and not enough officers.
