I learned a lot from this book. Indeed, data can help us decide with almost accuracy of progress since it will be synthesized and analyzed, study them if it can do good or not. It is backed with statistical data , thus if we decide to do what the data analysis results' tell us, it would definitely be a rewarding one

Quite basic stuff

As the book title says, this is for beginners. Simply goes through some basic concepts such as mean, median, variance etc. and most of the time is spent on explaining how to calculate these and draw charts.

Especially valuable in areas rich with recorded information, analytics relies on the simultaneous application of statistics, computer programming and operations research to quantify performance. Most definitely, the narrator of this audio book did a great job in discussing these ideas. It was wisely selected topic and very timely.

A great helpful book

I started a business two years ago but without any science on data gathering. Now I know how crucial it is to really get the data and analyze it. The process of Analytics may seem overwhelming at first; determining what data to prioritize, how to collect the data etc. But once you have core basic data needed for the business, knowing how to analyze it is the next big step to achieving your business goals.

In this book the information is organized in a logical way that’s easy to access, read and understand.

Data analytics can be used in most jobs that I am going to be able to be hired into. In this book I have learn the basics of data analytics and some of its tips. This book discusses everything I needed to know when it comes to analyzing data, transforming, inspecting, cleaning and even creating models out of that data.
