Die kleine Straße der großen Herzen.
Eigentlich müsste die junge Köchin Pauline sich auf ein Probekochen in einem Sternerestaurant vorbereiten. Aber als sie erfährt, dass das kleine Bistro ihrer Freundin Gina im Sanddornweg kurz vor dem Aus steht, fackelt sie nicht lange: Sofort schmieden die beiden Frauen einen Plan, um endlich wieder Kunden ins "Krabbenstübchen" zu locken. Natürlich können sie auf die Hilfe der Sanddornweg-Bewohner zählen! Wäre da nur nicht die schlechte Restaurantkritik, die den beiden Frauen die Suppe versalzt.
Obwohl Pauline eigentlich nur Starthilfe für den kleinen Laden geben will, merkt sie schnell, wie wohl sie sich an der Ostsee fühlt und dass ihr Herz viel mehr für das süße Bistro schlägt, als sie dachte. Und als sie dann noch den sympathischen Noah kennenlernt, ist es endgültig um sie geschehen. Aber hatte sie nicht einen ganz anderen Plan für ihr Leben?
